Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: February 24, 2026

Pablito respects the intellectual property rights of artists and content creators. This policy explains how we handle copyright on the platform and how to report infringement.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Pablito, including artworks, images, videos, biographies, and CVs. By uploading content, you grant us only the limited license described in our Terms of Service — solely to host, store, display, process, and back up your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do NOT claim ownership, editorial rights, or commercial exploitation rights over your content.

Platform Content

The Pablito platform itself — including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Marie du Mesnil du Buisson. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without written permission.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Pablito infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@pablito.app containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content, within 7 business days of receiving a valid notice.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@pablito.app. Your counter-notification must include: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction in Barcelona, Spain. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file legal action within 14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. Termination decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
