Pablito sets your tone of voice with you, from your personality, your previous posts and your goal. Captions for selling straight to collectors don't read like captions for galleries.

If a caption isn't quite right, ask for a new one or edit it. You approve every caption before it's posted.

Do I really need a website if I have Instagram?

For galleries, residencies and serious collectors — yes. They expect a website.

The good news: with Pablito it builds itself from your inventory, costs less than Squarespace, and stays up to date without you touching it. If you've been putting it off, this is the easy way out.

Can I use Pablito alongside a gallery?

Yes, and many artists do. A gallery represents you on certain sales; Pablito manages your day-to-day professional presence. The two complement each other.

What happens to posts that can't go out?

They wait in your Paused tab. Nothing is deleted. Resume them once Instagram is reconnected or your plan allows posting again.

I already connected Instagram on Free. Do I lose it?

No, your connection stays. Writing captions, approving them and posting automatically are part of Pro.

What happens to captions I already have?

Will you ever cut my texts short?

What do the monthly limits count?

Only new requests you start. Descriptions and details already written for your artworks always stay, in full.

What can I do in the billing portal?

Update your card, download invoices and cancel. Plan changes happen inside Pablito.

I'm on My Website. How do I move to Pro?

Upgrade inside Pablito. It's the same subscription: you only pay the difference for the rest of the current billing period.

What happens if I switch from Pro to My Website?

Accepted Answer

You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, so there is no partial refund or credit. Then Instagram disconnects, your scheduled posts move to Paused, and we email you. Change your mind before then and you simply stay on Pro.

What happens to my custom domain if I stop my plan?

Accepted Answer

We keep it connected for 30 days. Come back within 30 days and it's restored automatically. After that it's removed, and we email you to let you know.
